- Designing and following up on strategic and operational plans.

- Strengthening the academic and administrative quality systems and developing the human resources necessary to raise the productivity and efficiency of the quality of learning outcomes in the faculty.

Goals:

• Contribute to ensuring compliance with the general strategy of the university and building an environment that supports and maintains continuous development.

• Ensuring the quality and sustainability of the educational process and the learning outcomes are assured and linked to the labor market.

• Spreading and consolidating the culture of quality, academic accreditation, measurement, and evaluation.
• Building and implementing quality systems.
• Work to set the minimum service quality standard and encourage employees to exceed this limit to improve the level of service performance.
• Adopting and applying international quality approaches in all operations.
• Work to apply best practices to achieve excellence.
• Work to achieve the requirements of institutional and program accreditation nationally and internationally.
• Work to strengthen and improve measurement and evaluation to ensure academic, administrative, and technical quality.
• Work to enhance the integration of academic, administrative, and technical quality work.
